CIAK A2 PHASE


CIAK A2 phase first meeting was held at Aldemir Atilla Konuk Upper Secondary School Activity Hall on the 21st of February 2013.

50 young people participated into this activity.

  • The debriefing is done by Youth Leader Fatma SAVAŞ to all participants. 

The participants of the CIAK A2 phase meeting 1 are informed about the duration of the meeting, the aims and the activities.


  • Elif Çoksöyler (YP) managed the IB game. In this game, each participant has a piece of paper is stuck onto his/her back.

This paper has information which takes place on CV.

The aim is to fill in the CV’s with the help of others. So each participant has to help the others to fill in the CV’s on their back.

 
  • Emine Ela KÖK and Hamid Burgan presented the information about the Muratpaşa Youth Group. See the presentation in Turkish attached to the form.

  • Emin Kaya and Pınar Uyar presented information about CIAK project and its activities. See the presentation in Turkish attached to the form.
 
  • Mr. Erdem KAYA (the manager of education of MURATPASA District) addressed to the young people and tried to encourage young people.

  • The other participants gave short information about their experience with EU Education and Youth projects.
 

  • Subgroups are formed. Each sub group composed of min 7 young people are given a topic to discuss and reflect on. CIAK participants are also distributed to these groups to assist the other young people in small groups.

Group 2: Young People and Representation in Turkey


Group 3: A new project for young people, what do the young people want to work on considering the active citizenship?


Group 4: What barriers do the young people face on the way to become involved in democratic life?


Group 5: How can a young person be an active citizen?
 

Group 6: What are the reasons for young people being hesitant to involve in political life? Is it possible to eliminate those reasons?
